- Custom Design Creation: Our design team creates original stationery designs based on your specifications. We provide digital design proofs for your review and approval.
- Printing & Production: Once the design is approved, we produce your stationery using professional printing techniques, including digital printing, offset printing, letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, and other specialty finishes as applicable.
- Quality Inspection: Every order undergoes quality inspection before packaging and dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
- Packaging & Delivery: Completed orders are carefully packaged and dispatched to your specified delivery address via our shipping partners.
3.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our Website represent starting prices and are intended to give you a general idea of cost. Actual pricing for your specific project may vary based on the following factors:

4. Order Process
4.1 Placing an Order

- Inquiry & Consultation: You share your requirements, and we discuss design options, materials, quantities, and timelines.

- Design Phase: Our design team creates the initial design proof(s) for your review.
- Design Revisions: You review the proof and request any changes. We provide the number of revisions included in your service package.
- Final Approval: You provide written approval of the final design proof. This approval confirms that all text, spelling, dates, colors, and design elements are correct.
- Production: We proceed with printing and production of your approved design.
- Quality Check & Delivery: The completed order is inspected, packaged, and dispatched to you.
4.2 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when: (a) you have accepted the quotation in writing, (b) you have paid the required deposit (if applicable), and (c) you have approved the final design proof. Until all three conditions are met, no production will begin.
5. Design Process and Approval
5.1 Design Revisions
- Each service package includes a specified number of design revisions (typically 2-3 rounds of revisions, as communicated in your quotation).
- Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
- Major changes to the design concept, layout, or scope after the initial design phase may be treated as a new design project and quoted separately.
5.2 Design Proof Approval
- It is the client's sole responsibility to thoroughly review the final design proof before giving approval. This includes verifying all text content, spelling, grammar, dates, names, phone numbers, email addresses, colors, and layout.
- Once you provide written approval of the design proof (via email, message, or signed proof), we will proceed with production based on the approved design.
- Anna99 Book is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that were present in the client-approved design proof. Reprints due to client-approved errors will be charged at the standard production rate.
5.3 Color Accuracy
Please note that colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile screens may differ from the final printed product due to variations in screen calibration, color profiles, and printing processes. While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations between the digital proof and the printed product are normal and do not constitute a defect. If exact color matching is critical for your project, we recommend requesting a physical color proof (which may incur additional charges and extend the timeline).
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
6.2 Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery of the completed order, as specified in the quotation. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
6.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Cash payment (for in-person orders at our studio)
- Other payment methods as communicated during the quotation process
6.4 Taxes
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
6.5 Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to: (a) withhold delivery of the completed order, (b) suspend ongoing work on the project, and (c) charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
7. Production and Delivery
7.1 Production Timeline
- Standard production timelines are communicated in the quotation and typically range from 5 to 15 business days after design approval, depending on the order complexity and quantity.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on current workload, material availability, and order complexity. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
- Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur additional charges (typically 25-50% surcharge on the production cost).
7.2 Delivery
- Delivery is available across India through our shipping partners. International shipping may be available upon request and will be quoted separately.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight and dimensions, and shipping method selected. Delivery charges will be included in the quotation.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed by Anna99 Book. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the client upon handover of the package to the shipping carrier.
7.3 Local Pickup
Clients in New Delhi may opt to pick up their completed orders directly from our studio at 326 Gali Sangt Trashan, Dariba Kalan, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Delhi 110006, India during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM). No delivery charges apply for local pickup orders.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Cancellation by Client
- Before Design Phase: If you cancel your order before any design work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- During Design Phase: If you cancel after design work has begun but before production, you will be charged for the design work completed. The remaining deposit (if any) will be refunded.
- After Production Begins: Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued, as custom products cannot be resold or repurposed.
8.2 Cancellation by Anna99 Book
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of the required deposit within the agreed timeframe.
- The client provides content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Unforeseen circumstances (such as equipment failure or material unavailability) that prevent us from fulfilling the order. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments received.
9. Quality, Returns, and Refunds
9.1 Quality Standards
We take pride in the quality of our work and maintain high standards for all our products. Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are inherent to the printing process and do not affect the overall quality or usability of the product are not considered defects.
9.2 Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Anna99 Book (not an error present in the client-approved design proof), please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the delivery. To report a defect:
- Email us at hello@anna99book.shop with your order details and clear photographs of the defect.
- We will review the issue within 3 business days.
- If the defect is confirmed as our error, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: (a) a reprint of the affected items at no additional cost, or (b) a partial or full refund for the defective items.
9.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- The product was produced according to the client-approved design proof and the issue is an error that was present in the approved proof.
- The client has changed their mind about the design, color, or material after production.
- Minor color variations between the digital proof and the printed product (as explained in Section 5.3).
- Damage caused by the client after delivery (e.g., improper storage, handling, or use).
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Anna99 Book's Intellectual Property
- All original designs, templates, graphics, layouts, and creative elements created by Anna99 Book remain our intellectual property until full payment for the order has been received.
- Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom design for its intended purpose (e.g., printing additional copies of the same design for personal or business use).
- The client does not acquire ownership of the underlying design files, templates, or creative elements. Source files (such as Adobe Illustrator or InDesign files) are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon and quoted separately.
10.2 Client-Provided Content
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content they provide for their stationery orders.
- By providing content to us, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and reproduce such content.
- Anna99 Book is not liable for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from the use of client-provided content.
10.3 Portfolio Usage
We reserve the right to photograph and showcase completed projects in our portfolio, on our Website, and on our social media channels for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before or at the time of placing the order. Confidential or sensitive projects will not be showcased without explicit written consent from the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Anna99 Book Custom Stationery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order.
- We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in our Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or supplier failures (force majeure events).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anna99 Book Custom Stationery, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
